SCALING UP AND DOWN Precision and accuracy put into the smallest things aggregates, in due course, into precision and accuracy in the biggest things; thus as in the lesser; so is in the greater, in scale. And the converse is also true. That is, where there is no precision and accuracy in the smallest of things , neither can they be in the greatest .
