Both opposites clarify entireties .
Whenever some concept, rule, or principle that you encounter may seem to be difficult, envision its opposite . Then a double victory, a double clarity is gained, thereby.
This is antipodal juxtaposition. It is helpful to me in my own reasoning. I pray that it may bless one of you.
