Money for Donald Trump's $$70B Border Wall could be more profitably spent on and as restitution for African Americans! Better that it be spent on us, who will recycle it in the general economy on consumer goods, than to waste it as an encumbrance on the Rio Grande River. The $150 million annual that is required to maintain the wall would be interest on debt owed to us since 1865!
