PERFORMANCE METRIC, PLEASE

PERFORMANCE METRIC PLEASE! A political performance metric would enable voters to evaluate candidates , based upon past performance, rather than promises. Metrics measure many things already from sports through food , why not then the integrity and efficacy of office seekers, based upon their record, rather than just upon their speeches? Of course, persons who have done nothing previously would be greatly disadvantaged by a performance metric. That's life! Do something!
