LEGAL DEBRIEFING REQUIRED
Debriefing is required for all active police officers of any race, who have undergone any training since the federal "War on Drugs" was declared in the 1980s. Along with police must be added all federal and state legislators, judges and prosecutors, who will also need to be likewise debriefed, to rid them all of the deleterious effects of racism instilled implicitly, or explicitly by racist, domestic branding or brainwashing resulting in mass incarceration or fratricide!
Half-measures will not do at all!
The main purpose of the public debriefing is to remove the tacit suggestions of racist inferiority of POOR blacks that have tinctured or hampered the fair administration of law and justice to all American citizens, free of underlying biases!
