NOT FOR NAUGHT

NOT FOR NAUGHT It is not for naught that sunrise and sunset define each day. It is not for naught that children laugh, run, and play. It is not for naught that tides ebb and flood, nor that red colors human blood. It is not for naught that the stars constellate, nor that birds migrate. It is not for naught that Africa's seed was expropriated across the seas. It is not for naught that oppressors fear, Africans' ability to still be here. It is not for naught that reckonings await, the will of God encapsulate.
