Is not the 2nd Amendment's right to bear arms, the 13th Amendment's abolition of slavery and the 14th Amendment's equal treatment under law all thereby implicated/offended?
Do felons have a right to life, and to protect their lives from abuses of vengeful state power? Or must they humbly submit to their own homicide?
