MOYNIHAN'S REPORT AND MASS AMERICAN MURDER With the upsurge in "mass killings" by body-armor-wearing-white, domestic terrorists with automatic weapons, in recent years, we fain would accept as "normal," these hundreds of other day-to-day inner city, "black-on-black crime" automatic weapons "drive-by" killings that go on, in every major and minor American city, every day! The abnormal killings' proliferation, en mass, or personal, cannot be normal nor random! They are purposely propagated by federal, political, benign-neglect, policies, dating back to "Moynihan's Report" in 1965, predicting black, inner-city, familial insecurity due to paternal displacement disruptions from unemployment, underemployment and welfare substituting for productive and leading family men. Policies pursuant to Moynihan led to the destruction of some African American citizens' mental and social sensibilities. Thus Moynihan's sociological finding have borne baneful fruit in the most vulnerable of black people! These wicked U.S. Department of Labor "Moynihan Report" machinations have backfired, as American "chickens have come home to roost" @ Malcolm X in later infernal policies!
