KINDLING

LIFE AND DEATH Tufts of dead grass, dead twigs, fallen leaves, when clumped together and lit, usually kindle living sparks into fiery flames. Hungry flames are maintained, and sustained by such additional tender as produced its predecessors' fire, as scaled up to befit their purpose. Dead tenders and living fires are natural things, supplied by God for use by man, part and parcel of the Master's plan. No less natural in that plan is that man, whom God-supplied, for use by tender & fire. Each is from God. All is from God, including the states of life & death.
