YOUR HANDS ARE FULL OF BLOOD. DO JUSTLY, LOVE MERCY, AND WALK HUMBLY WITH GOD. IMPORTUNITY. KEEPS KNOCKING. YOU HAVE THE BREAD OF LIFE. KEEP THE BREAD FRESH. BREAD OF FAITH, HOPE AND LOVE. SOMEBODY MADE A MISTAKE: NIGHT CLUB; DRINKING; SEX PROMISCUITY; KEEP THE BREAD FRESH ENOUGH TO LET THEM KNOW THAT DEATH IS NOT A PERIOD, BUT A COMMMA, BEFORE ETERNAL LIFE. KEEP THE BREAD FRESH. THE MAN WHO KNOCKED ON THE DOOR AT MIDNIGHT , KNOCKED TO GET SOME BREAD UNTIL TOMORROW’S COMING. OUR SLAVE FOREPARENTS LOOKED AT MIDNIGHT AND SAW SORROW. BUT THEY KNEW THAT MORNING WOULD COME! THEY WOULD SAY THAT “TROUBLE DON’T LAST ALWAYS.” THE EARTH IS THE LORD’S AND HE FULLNESS THEREOF, “IS THERE NO BALM IN GILEAD? IS THERE NO PHYSICIAN THERE? YES THERE IS! SO, THEY STRAIHTENED OUT THE QUESTION MARK INTO EXCLAMATION! THERE IS A BALM IN GILEAD! WALK ON CHILDREN. DON’T YOU GET WEARY. KEEP ON! REV. DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. FELT DISCOURAGED SOMETIMES, WITH THE CRITICISM, BACKBITING, FBI HARASSMENT. “THERE IS A BALM IN GILEAD…PROMISED NEVER TO LEAVE ME ALONE!
