"SOLDIERS" Since "soldiers" die in battle, and since a war of repression has been waged against the Constitutional rights to life, liberty, property, and voting, since the end of the Civil War and Reconstruction eras into the present, then the blacks who have lost their lives since then to agents of such repression, while pursuing or exercising those rights are "soldiers" worthy of honor and recognition, and their families are likewise worthy of death benefits!""
