INTELLIGENCE DEFICIT DISORDER President Donald Trump is not merely at war with our nation's 17 -odd intelligence agencies, from whom he receives daily briefings; but, he would seem to be also at war with his own personal 70-odd years' intelligence, which may be far worse for the American people, and for himself, given the breadth of knowledge required to govern, prudently, effectively, successfully.
