PRESCIENCE AND GROSS DARKNESS

 Left by our ancestors were the pyramids and other monuments, including the arts, crafts, sciences and writing, who, presciently, foresaw our multiple, thousand-year fall into ignorance, "gross darkness" and backwardness, without a knowledge of self, and with contempt and disdain for both knowledge and for self; and for truth!
