BLACK LIVES MATTER LIKE YOURS
Not only did all black lives matter before 1865, when our physical freedom was won by force of arms; but, black life itself was more vital, more valuable, than land, money or any other property then owned by wealthy, white, American planters.
The "way of life" that Southerners, directly, and that the Northerners, indirectly,sought so sanguinely to preserve was the subordination of this magnificently prolific "beast of burden," who was worth any of two Indians in trade, and who were also famously long-suffering, patient, loving, strong, agile, loyal, hard-working, creative, spiritual, musical, intelligent, humble, and fun-loving.
With these incredible, remarkable enslaved black people, the "white" Americans were able to conquer an entire American continent in less than two hundred years! They exterminated the native Indians, as well as the bison, the beaver, the bear, wolf, lion, bald eagle too; the Spanish, French, Dutch, Mexicans, and those pesky British, two times!
Not content with a continent , they set their industrial and gun sights on the world! Beginning in Cuba, "Remember the Maine!" It moved on to the Philippines and to China to check the "Boxer Rebellion." As ever, troop vanguards were heavily black, the "Buffalo Soldiers," then.
This was true from 1898 on till now.
So not only do black lives matter mightily, but so also do black love, spirituality, constancy, brilliancy, efflorescence, vibrancy, literacy, numeracy, value, and personality!
Their blessed dependence upon the blacks has been replaced by an unreasonable, by a guilty internal, fear of their blacks! Perhaps, most of the "whites" are so frightened by hoaxes and ghosts to realize that the blacks are the best friends that they have ever had, will ever have!
Denying the fact that "black lives matter" is tantamount to denying that American history matters, that American supremacy matters, and that the American culture matters.
Such sick, vapid denials would also make white liars of those forebears who grew wealthy raising, trading, working those millions of previously enslaved blacks' lives over "amber waves of grain, from sea to shining sea!" Denying black lives matter, ironically, denies, white patrimony, white matrimony, white progeny; it is to deny the essential whiteness of oneself! If no blacks, no whites!
We "Americans" are too tied up, too tangled up, too wrapped up, too sacked up, too valuable, to one another as a whole, to not matter mightily to one another individually and corporately! Stated differently, all blacks, all whites, plus, all other Americans of any color or creed, in our land, who are of our common legacy, have shared too much in our nation's ethos, pathos, history, biology, culture, trade, politics, economics, law, religion, for anyone to not matter to everyone else!
