A question has been raised relative to the fate and future of those inmates now imprisoned for marijuana offenses in states where its possession and use have become legal? That is a very good question.The disposition of crime and punishment is a function and incident of power: economic, political, military, cultural and spiritual power. Those incarcerated or those desirous of their marijuana-related release would do well to access one or more of those levers of power in some persistent and organized manner! It is rather like being held as a prisoner of a now-finished war!
