FAITH AND WORKS
FAITH AND WORKS
While distinctiveness of diction, accuracy of information, correctness of computations, continue to be “white values”, not “black values”, by large numbers of black students, we have a bigger problem than just skewed values. The problem is that philosophical and conceptual perceptions of themselves being less than “whites”, to whom they and their families have, exclusively conceded complete capacity for greatness, righteousness, truth, leadership, by embracing ignorance as value.
For distinctive of speech , accurate facts, mathematical rigor, are characteristics of upper nobility, of rulers, of leaders; not of ignoble peasantry, for whom garbled speech, speculations, mathematics estimates will do.
For it is by and through prolonged practice , diligent desire, zealous personal dedication are the innate skills, inert factors, that enable human access to proper speech, exact facts, math truths to be found by the grace of God.
They are gifts of God, gifts of nature, which all mankind may, can, have acquired, by efforts. Therefore, those who lack these skills, by not working to acquire these skills, deny God who made them and the divine nature within them.
For some of the greatest orators and writers ever are of African American descent. So too some of the greatest mathematicians, former slaves among them. Human stature changes, being variable as weather. Divine status never changes being invariant as the sun, the moon, stars—who nevertheless wane, precess, wax.
During Covid19’s impress teach yourselves and your offspring, while you must educate them yourself, away from preprogrammed doctrine, that they are divine and therefore are capable of anything that they work hard to acquire, whatever it may be. Faith in God and dedicated hard work define human destiny.
