If "white" terrorists are not truly representative of white people, then black criminals are not truly representative of black people. Have we, "Americans," not by now in 2019 outgrown decadent utility of Virginia's colonial color schemes, that represent nothing intrinsically about particular people; but were put in place to facilitate divide, rule, tax, legislate away all servile threats from those former now-"white", now-"black" threats to colonial rule?
