OUR "LIVING" CONSTITUTION ?
If ours is a "living Constitution," not a dead one, why is there so much "conservative concern" about old "original intent," which predates the Reconstruction Era Amendments, 13th-14th-15th Amendments, that were ratified after the Civil War?
