DRED AND HARRIET SCOTT DECISION
The Dred Scott decision is over 400 pages long, including its two dissents. It has never been overturned, to my knowledge, except by implication, found in the victory by the North over the CSA, because of the 200,000, black troops mustered in following the Emancipation Proclamation, a desperate military measure; the self-liberation of the slaves, thereafter, who overran the Union Army, whenever it drew nearby; by necessary implication of the ratification of the 13-15 Constitutional Amendments, given the presence of still-armed black troops encamped, strategically, in the South, before their withdrawal. It is the most definitive case ever to be decided by the U.S. Supreme Court.. Period! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dred_Scott_v._Sandford
