VIDEO LEGAL REVIEW PROPOSAL
VIDEO LEGAL PANELS REVIEW
I am so impressed by the accuracy of the current video review process used in professional sports, that I would urge its adoption in jury trials as well, state and federal.
An outside review legal panel would instantaneously confirm or disaffirm each evidentiary ruling that is objected to by internet video. That legal video review panel--which need not consist of judges, but lawyers, absolutely,--could also assure the legal integrity of jury instructions and in jury selection, after objections. I like it!
