SPIRIT OF GOD TRANSFORMS
Nice, non-controversial, subjects, seminars, or socials, at national conventions, nevertheless, may morph into raging torments, when the spirit of the Lord descends on them, as it did at Pentecost; at the 1963 "March on Washington;" at the Mexico Olympics in 1968; or at the 2004 Democratic National Convention, when and where a relatively-unknown, black, Illinois Senator, Barack Hussein Obama, gave his epic "red states-blue states-the United States of America," speech that not only electrified the convention, but, as importantly, catapulted himself into the bright spotlight of our national consciousness; from there, into the Presidency of the United States.
