WHAT OBAMA STILL CAN DO FOR BLACKS
Friends are asking what could President Obama have done by himself for black people, were he so inclined, given the GOP opposition in Congress. Issue Executive Orders is one thing he could have done alone. The Emancipation Proclamation of Abraham Lincoln was an Executive Order. As was the Louisiana Purchase of Thomas Jefferson, another. Look at Franklin Delano Roosevelt's New Deal. President Obama is still the President representing 1/3 of its power. He still can use his pen!
