HOLD ONTO YOUR HAM BONES!
HOLD ONTO YOUR HAM BONES!
Be sure to hold onto your ham bone! It will go good in your black-eyed peas on New Years Eve/Day. It may bring good fortune to you too!
I recall reading that among the other debris exhumed from the site of the working men's residences at the Great Egyptian pyramid of Giza, there was an appreciable quantity of unspecified pork bones. I have no doubt but that some of those pork bones were ham bones, neck bones, pork chop bones, amid all the other debris of them brothers, THOSE "SONS OF HAM"!
Hold onto your bones! And if you ain't got'm, get'm to go with that cornbread, black-eye peas, okra, you know.... HAPPY NEW YEAR!🎆
