PAY TO PLAY POLITICS
PAY TO PLAY POLITICS
Politics must be profitable, judging from the massive amounts of money paid to fund political campaigns. Billions for President for a job paying just $400,000 a year? Tens of millions for a U.S. Senate seat, that pay even less.
State elections are also expensive.
There are bound to be many discreet compensations and secret dispensations that we ignorant non-politicians are oblivious of.
In a capitalist country how could it be ever otherwise ? Pay to play!
