NATURAL AMERICAN SYNTHESIS
As a baby outgrows its womb, its crib, and too soon its natal home, so too do captive people similarly.
Such is part of the world's transit.
Each stage inexorably succeeds the next. Nothing, no condition, lasts forever . A change will surely come with the dawn, dusk, night.
This said, I have overwhelming hope for those "huddled masses" of my people, long suffering folks of African American descent.
We have been rubbed upon, as profoundly by our former European captors, as we have rubbed upon them. Quid pro quo.
Thereby, as a consequence of these powerful pressures, great temperatures, and the continually abrasive frictions, there has been born, produced, new synthesis of our spirits and of our body politic; naturally growing, slowly, quietly, unobtrusively among us, strongly.
