HAVING THE WILL TO DO RIGHT
HAVING THE WILL TO DO RIGHT
Majority rule savages minority interests, rights, sensibilities, oppressively. That has been the legislative history of the United States at state and federal levels.
If a 3/5s rule could be devised to acknowledge a minority group's presence electorally, a 5/3s rule can be devised to remediate the political-economic-legal deficits and disabling incongruities that followed the cruel effects of the infamous 3/5s compromise from the 18th century into the present.
Will can do whatever it wills to do!
Where there is a will there's a way!
