QUALIFICATIONS HOAX Qualified and qualifications are recent EEO standards erected to obstruct employment opportunities for certain undesirable persons. On the job training is common and was common in many fields, along with apprenticeships historically. The qualification to be President is merely to be at least 35 years old and a citizen of the United States. Many long-time black employees complain that they were forced to train their supervisors, who later turned around and fired them. Who's better qualified for a given job or "unqualified" is an equal opportunity hoax foisted upon the black gullible and the vulnerable.
