UPGRADING "AMERICAN JUSTICE" TO THE LEVEL NOW FOUND IN AMERICAN SPORTS
UPGRADING "AMERICAN JUSTICE " TO THE LEVEL NOW FOUND IN AMERICAN SPORTS MUST BE DONE
Sports have been made more fair by the addition of instant replay and conferences among officials to make sure that they get it right.
That same approach should be adopted in courts to make sure that they get it right as well, on the spot, and transparently. None of that is now done. Courts are closed and cloistered in secrecy .
Bias, bribery, and old enmity all affect sports and justice alike, because humans are, foremost, people too, regardless of their education, jobs, representations.
Thus, everyone is more alike than different, environmental effects and sociological effects are also impactful equally on every one.
Bringing the Justice System up to the same standard of fairness and excellence now exhibited in the world of professional sports would subserve the interest of the American public and ensure Justice, as well!
