SLEEP AND WAKE

Sleep and Wake
The border between sleep and wake is troubled and transient. Inevitably, their struggle is a toss-up in which one side wins, momentarily, only to lose again. There is never a clear victor in this life, nor can there be, both being required for well-being.
Their circadian tug of war is akin to that essential lubricious friction in human affairs whereby life is wrought, wrested, and reclaimed by grace from the nether regions of possibilities.
