THE RULE OF LAWLESSNESS
"We are a nation built on the rule of law, so we need to accept that this decision was the grand jury's to make," Obama said. He said it was understandable that some Americans would be angered, but echoed Brown's parents in calling for peaceful protests.
And those laws deemed slaves to be 3/5s of a man, and free blacks even less. Those are the "laws" on which the nation was built, in which a black man had no rights--even to life--that a white man was bound to respect.
That is the legal infrastructure on which this nation's "rule of law," is built!
