Police kill men (especially unarmed young black men) who have never been charged, tried, convicted or sentenced, for any crime every day, with impunity and paid vacation; yet, the mainstream press' public focus is on the unusual cruelness of the lethal injection process for the far-fewer class of already-convicted prison inmates undergoing condign capital punishment!

The MAINSTREAM media focus should be on the first class of victims, more so than the second class of convicts, it would seem; those young, black blood-sport victims, whose peremptory deaths don't seem matter to executives, legislators, judges, prosecutors, legal commentators or the general public, despite the total absence of due process of law, and the undeniable presence of cruel and unusual punishment by paid state agents !
