WHATSOEVER IS...WHATSOEVER WAS.
Whatsoever is, is based upon whatsoever was. 'Nothing' is just a 'nonexistent' Illusion, a convenient construct, "zero."
Even when/where it appears nothing is, something is. That you cannot access it, does not mean that another cannot access it, harness and use it.
Energy equals mass times the speed of light squared, Albert Einstein famously proved. Thus, mass or matter is a derivative of energy and light.
Most light is outside of our visible spectrum, or sensory spectrum, as is most energy.
Yet, they are, as we are. They: energy mass and light speed squared preceded us; hence, they parented us all.
'Nothing' is 'nonexistent.'
