DISMANTLING OF PUBLIC SCHOOLS BEGAN WITH 'FORCED BUSING' AND INVOLUNTARY 'INTEGRATION' IN THE EARLY 1970'S, WITH ITS DELETERIOUS EFFECTS ON BLACK SCHOOLS, TEACHERS, BUSINESSES, STUDENTS, AND THIS OUTCOME.
